Stomach Problems & Remedies

I m suffering from gastric issues, daily headaches, and warmness in hands and feet are irritating me. My belly always seems full ,bloated. I always need rest so much tiredness i m feeling all d day. Feeling restless.

I have been having chest pains. I went to a cardiologist who ordered ECG, ecocardiography, blood works, PFT, and found nothing. He asked me to take a tablet of Nexito5 every night for a month. This ruled out the possibility of any heart issues. As I have been having heartburns and acid reflux and a related headache I had one Pan40 tab in the morning for two weeks. This helped my overall unease. But the very mild pain would reappear once in a while. As it still does. I have approximately traced it to just below my shoulder blade. Sometimes I feel a similar pain on the right side also. Sometimes I feel short of breath too. Please help.

I am having issues as when i eat after some times it comes as it is to my mouth after an hour or 2 or 3,2-3 bites with liquid comes back ,what should i do for this

Gas (with no foul smell) and acidity and feeling of lethargy all day, specially after breakfast.

My amylase level is 119 and lipase level is 60.1. As per my reports it shows higher than normal range. Is it a serious issue or is there any simple treatment to get it to normal levels. Fyg my eosinophile level is 8.5, HbA1c level is 6.2. Avg blood glucose is 131. Blood ketone is less than 0.2. Kindly correlate n advise action Thanks n regards
