Back ache and indigestion
From past 3 weeks I have developed a back ache (near both hip sections and also at the center lower portion of the back) and and also from last 3 days I'm having stomach upset too.
Please let me what may have gone wrong in my body and the solution to it.

Better not to lift weight and lie down at night on hard mattres
