Stomach Problems & Remedies

Sir, I have been facing digestive issues for the past three years to be precise... I have almost negligible body fat but my lower abdomen always feels heavy... In the morning, the stools are very loose and I have to use the bathroom 2-3 times on a regular basis. The stomach feels bloated even after small meals.. Can it be cured? I shall be obliged if you kindly respond in detail

Everytime I had to fart and now it is a creating problem in my life no one wants to sit with me and I have constipated on eating chicken and dairy products every day in morning I have to face such problem in toilet..tell me permanent cure of such issues

Experience stomach pain whenever I hit gym, otherwise no pain. Have history of Hep B and chronic Constipation. Bowel movement is somewhat OK at present due to NEXPRO-L tablets and Lactifibre. Consulted Dr. Praveen Tiwari (M.D) at Vasundhara Enclave and Dr. Mahesh Gupta (M.D) at Sector 19 in the past. However, did not get answer of pain due to exercise. Latest Ultrasound, LFT report says all normal except mild increase in Bilirubin level. Please Advise.

I have strange kind of feeling on my chest,right side under ribs,for 7 months and it started with crazy heart burn.I used PPI for 6 months.Now I don not have burning pain but I have discomfort every day 4 hours after eating breakfast.I did ultrasound every thing was normal.but this feeling buthers me almost every day,as I keep away from any alcohol,Cofee or tea and sauces

Dear Dr, I'm S Raina, 32/F, Every night I'm facing acidity just when I go to sleep. Also I've observed that I'm more tired and sleep all the time. I used to live a healthy lifestyle with gym everyday but post my marriage I have not been able to workout or follow yoga. Now I feel acid burps or acidity almost every night and I've become very lazy and tired. I sleep quite a lot now. 1. Is this normal? 2. What tests can I undergo to find out any deficiency if you suspect any.? 3. Why is acidity occurring almost every night? I do not eat much spicy food as well. I prefer medium or pale food with very less spices. Kindly help.
