My stools have been hard to pass and coming in odd shapes, often long and skinny, for a couple years now.

After many days i am suffer from constipation i take kayam tablet to get motion,next day i fresh properly but when i dont take kayam tablet i cannot motion now my stool proparly stuck in my colon i want natural motion During morning i eat so many water and lime juice,mosami juice during day but i canot paass my stool i cannot feel urge to pass stool why? Please suggest me some homeremedy.my treatment us start from homepathic doctor about 2days i take medicine but in morning canot motion(latring)

I have a headache for last 2 days with mild fever. Had vomiting last night.
