Hi doctor , I had endoscopy last Saturday ,after that I was facing gas problem and throat irritation. Those problems have increased and turned to fever . Please advise

I was experiencing an unfamiliar burning sensation in my stomach that lasted about a minute or so on the left side of my stomach area. I also appear to have a slightly dry throat. I know I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and possibly an inflamed stomach. Could the burning be a sign of my IBS worsening? Could it be gastritis? What could I be experiencing exactly?

I have persistent discomfort in my upper abdomen since last 4 months. Sometimes it is less, sometimes it is more. This feeling includes - pain in centre of upper abdomen - discomfort in upper abdomen - Sometimes feeling of food not getting settled down in upper abdomen - Sometimes burning feeling I visited nearby gastroenterologist and he diagnosed it as Acidity and prescribed me Nexpro 40 for 30 days and Nexpro RD 40 for 15 days thereafter. I felt somewhat better by this but not up to the mark. I asked him whether i have ulcer? so he told NO and further told that we can do endoscopy to detect H. pylori infection. I have not yet done endoscopy. He also asked to do Thyroid test where my TSH came high i.e. 8.2. He prescribed me Thyronorm 25mg and told that Acidity issue can be due to Hypothyroidism. However i have not yet started thyroid medicine as i am not feeling any symptoms. As i am not yet feeling good, i am scared whether he diagnosed my illness correct or not. Please suggest

Gastric problem will solve in permanent homeopathic or Ayurvedic plz tell me. I have tried allopathic but only 2month that's After again same issue .. I have taken time to time food butt don't how it came gastric againg. I need permanent solution plz tell me

Hi, i am having issues with my stomach. Even with little food i feel full. Continuous burping, even at the morning. My diet has been reduced lately. And I feel burning sensation inside the stomach time to time. And if I wake up early from sleep, i feel the burning sensation in the stomach. Please help

Last year my mother had done a ultrasound Bt liver was normal Then after uterus removal was occur. Bt after 1 year when she diagnosed today liver size was 16cm and in report it was written as fatty liver...is this very much harmful to body? Is it curable?? Is it transferable to cancer?
