I hv grade 2 fatty liver. and also pcos. .what is the diet plan. and what is the worst condition. plz help

I m having grade 2 fatty liver.and also pcos. my height is 5"4 .and my weight is 70 kg. plz suggest me diet plan.

I feel heaviness and drowsy after food . Bowel doesn't clear properly in the morning and have to do 2/3 time in morning and 1 in evening .. feel acidic most of the time & as if undigested food is in my stomach . fundamentally I don't feel comfortable throughout the day . Though I have recently changed my habits but still I do t feel positive .

I am going to the motion 3 or 4 days in day what my problem ,please tell me,can I take eldoper tablayes

I am having considerable loose motion from yesterday night.....also whenever I eat anything I have to go to washroom after sometime.....at one instant I ate cucumber today and I can see cucumber seeds in my stool , so I also think I have indigestion. my stomach is growling since morning continuously. I drank two lemonade and 2 tablets of Norflox TZ but it's of no use. Kindly provide solution...

I can't control hunger in case I eat something heavy I get stomach pain above ribs not sure what is the problem and back also pains sometimes please suggest the problem is from two months now
