Digestion problem and back and neck pain

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have digestion problem as I have gases . Even if I eat normal food then also gases are produced. Because of it I have urination problems that is urine is not passing if gases are there. Another main problem is I have sever back and neck pain from many months. I have vitamin d deficiency. And also I have cholesterol detected last year. I am non alcoholic non smoker. I eat non veg twice in a month
