I am having non cardiac chest pain and diziness some times braething issue also last 3 months i have taken all the heart related test but no issue doctor told gastric proplem and taking following medicines rabonic plus, vertin 8 mg , Nuroplic 3 .Still it is not fully recovered.8

Hi I have been experiencing slight  abdominal pain from past 7-8 days.The pain is minor but occurs in different areas of the abdomen(keeps changing its location from time to time) .The discomfort has not gotten worst over these days.Also would like to mention that i have recently been traveling which has resulted in constantly eating outside food.Would love to know the cause and ways to resolve and hopefully nothing serious to worry about.Please help.I read on google that it could be cancer hence was little worried..Hoping to find answers and treatments.The pain is very mild and is not constant it keeps coming and going and changes locations throughout the abdomen.When im busy with work i even tend to forget about it.Hoping to know what it is and ways to resolve it hopefully not anything serious like cancer or anything.I dont have any other symptoms.

Suffering from chest pain at nigjt due to acid reflux.done tmt nd echo cardiography result normal.doctor adviced pan d at morning and reflux forte at night time but still problem persists.what to do??
