Stomach Problems & Remedies

Sir I never had any issue related to my stomach or even if was , I never bothered , but this year in Feb I done USG abdomen where the report was fatty liver grade 1 and the liver size was 13.5cm and rest all was normal. I done the USG because I was having gas issue. Since then I have started worrying abt my liver all the time now I have started anxiety also , today again I done USG nd the result shows fatty liver grade 1 , and the size was 17.4 cm. I am again worried however SGOT SGPT is 30 and 29 respectively and total bilirubin is 1.4 now I am always worry. Plz suggest me the best. I don't smoke and never had liquor.

I have stomach worms/ parasites. I already took one Vermin-A (Ivermectin & Albendazole) tablet yesterday night. Will that be enough? Please suggest me medicines to eradicate this completely.

Excessive constipation and gas formation from 3-4 days. Taken basic medicines likr pantosec and alpicno laxative but no relief

I've been suffering from hemorrhoid problem since the last 1 month. I have an external hemorrhoid which doesn't pain at all and doesn't bleed as well but as of now it has not shown any signs of healing. Don't want a surgery or something. Please help!

I am having pain from 2 inches left to belly button from 4 days, no problem on stools, urine or digestion.. jus a mild pain in that place when touched, doesn't seem to b internal , doctor said it's IBD but I don't have any of the symptoms other than that pain.. I am taking thyrox and vitamin D injection . Started my thyroid tablets before 10 days and had one shot of vitamin D injection.
