I am unable to pass tool from last three days. I am already taking creamafinn as suggested by doctor. But problem is still there after I stop taking medicine . Please help

Patient is known case of osteoarthritis and he is on treatment and also taking ayurvedic medicines. And recently my father is diagnosed as antrum gastritis. So please suggest what to eat to subside this condition.

Having stomach pain in upper abdomen since 2 days.. Having vommitting sensation most of the time... Had vomitted couple of times after food intake. This is followed by loose motion today and periods. Almost every time i am eating , after some time the food comes back to my mouth which i spit or swallow back. This is more during dinner time. Also since last 2-3 days i am feeling little chest conjestion and slight breathlessness which is inturn leading to frequent yawning. Kindly suggest.

Eating very small amount of chillies, it feels like too spicy in mouth and heaviness and burning in chest and epigastrium.

I had discomfort in morning which relief after taking pan it morning empty stomach. And I have same also has after night meal. I have taken empty stomach pan it and pan 40 evening empty stomach but not relief. I have taken enienzyme TABLET 2bd after meal but not relief. At night after meal can I also take pan it TABLET.
