Is softovac safe and good? Or Is zandu pancharisht? Which medicine is good for health? Does it have side effects? Do you have in mind any medicine for constipation?

My grand mother is 74 + she is not passing stool from 5 days.. she also have piles problem..she doesnt have sugar Can u suggest any syrup or medicine for this...

Are antrum lesions related to gastric cancer.
