Hi this happens after lunch everyday .As soon as I finish my lunch which is 4 Roti's and subzi after 10-15 mins I start getting bloated and with feeling of unable to take proper breath and also unable to work and concentrate feeling depressed with low mood with mild burning and mild pain in both the left back and jaw. I also feel lightheaded at the same time. Pls help me with regards to this..Is it something related to what I eat or something else
