What to take for liver increases. I did usg abdomen and found hepatomegaly... Currently taking Ursodeoxycholic and Eplus... But ursodeoxycholic is very expensive.. Kindly help me.. 🙏

My total bilirubin is 3.04, direct bilirubin is 0.34 and indirect bilirubin is 2.7, my sgot is 37 and sgpt is 45. Do I have Jaundice? . Below the complete report

I ate outside food last night and today in the morning I got diarrhoea, and I pooped around 6times until the texture was watery and mucus like and then I had isabgol with yoghurt and later took 2 tablets of metronidazole. In the evening today, I felt like an urge to poop and when I sat on the toilet seat, I pooped out a ball of jelly, no shape and completely rubber textured, since tomorrow is a Sunday and I will have to wait until Monday to meet my gastroenterologist, can somebody please explain me why this happened and what can I do till Monday to prevent it from happening again? I also have lil abdominal pain with a lot of bloating.

Present problem: 1. Weight loss ( 12 kg loss within 10 months) 2. Gas and acidity 3. Weakness ans tiredness 4. Yellowish eye 5. My triglycerides 260 and cholesterol 235 is high , doctor prescribed ATORLIP F but due to side effects then prescribed ATORVA EZ , atorvastin 10 + Ezetimibe 10 mg. With Coq10 suppliment, But when I take multivitamin like becosule or westive 10, I feel mid chest bottom pain and Constipation ,no burping but feel chest tightness ,pls suggest ,ECG ECO is fine
