Hard stool
I am facing constipation from past few weeks, and taking isabgol and Fibrelact, still the stool is very hard which cause bleeding and pain after motion, pain is there for about 5-6 hours after motion. I am a breastfeeding mother and I have tried lactoloose as well, please suggest a stool softener that works immediately.

Bulging stomach
