I'm having pain in my right side abdomen and upper side also today I noticed white spots round in my stool can I know what it is as I'm also having constipation problem

I got to see my bilirubin total is 1.89 and indirect is 1.61.
It's it something to be concerned about?
Can late sleeping around 4 am and walking up at 10 (then did the test at 11) can vary these values.
Also had a few extra drinks in past 3 weekends.
