Foul smelling excreta, gas formation regularly, sometimes indigestion symptoms. Please refer some natural remedies or minimal medicines for the cure.

My mother has been experiencing watery mouth every morning around 3/4 AM since 1 year. But today she vomitted the moment she woke up. After the vomit, she is body pain and mild stomachache. I am having frequent farts and burps. Usg shows fatty liver. What grade is it and is it the cause of farts and burps. I am attaching my usg.

My left  lower abdomen pain occurs but it is mild but continue paining what should I do I have already done my usg and obt test now what should I do?

My mom has an upset stomach from 3 4 days. She complains about stomach pain and lose motions. She took Norflox 400 tablet also.
