Stomach Problems & Remedies

Recently from the past two days i am experiencing sudden uneasiness after I grab a tight meal. This doesn't allow me to sleep effectively. When i sit upright I can breathe perfectly but when i tend to sleep then the uneasiness occours I had a fever few days back I had lost my appetite, but now i ve regained it,and the fever is quite normal aswell.

I had an endoscopy on 7th May 2020 at 2:30 pm and I feel that the gastroenterologist while performing an endoscopy has perforated either my stomach or duodenum. It has been over 104 hrs. If there is stomach or duodenum perforation then can it be possible that a patient remain stable for this much long time? Can it also be possible that an endoscope has grazed the inner soft skin of my intestine or stomach and that is causing pain in my abdomen? I am having mild pain on left side of my abdomen which is constant after I had endoscopy. I also want to add that the doctor who performed my endoscopy has experience of only 3 years in field of gastroenterology. Endoscopy report is attached below and if there was perforation then is it mandatory to mention such a thing in an endoscopy report?

My father is suffering from piles. He underwent an operation for piles in 2012 and after that he got some relief but now again from the past 1 year his piles has again relapsed and he is having pain in his rectum area after defecation. His doctor has prescribed him Sitcom Lotion with Sitcom Forte Tablets ( 1 Tab OD). I request you to verify that is his doctor giving the right treatment because my father is not getting much relief and after having Sitcom Forte tablets he is having diarrhea. Would you like to change any medicine?

My mother is facing low Back pain due to gas she is getting pain sometimes during body movement and sometimes pain is not there she is using pantakind flux from 2 days for acidity, can you advise what tablets to take

Sir, I tested corona positive in Nov 2020. My report was negative on 2nd Dec. 2020. At that time I had little bit of diarrhea symptoms. It cured to some extent.
