Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi. I am attaching image. I don't know since few months I am noticing kind of pimples or bumps on my leg on both legs. Slowly later it get popped off on its own. Its painless. Today I noticed kind of white layer pimple on my hand also. Any reasons ? Something pimples happening on my forehead too.

I attached the picture of my current Tinea condition. 2 weeks ago at the time of consultation doctor said me to do follow up after completing the medicine schedule but whenever I tried to do follow up the doctor is unavailable. So kindly suggest me should I continue the medicine or not?

I have this since last one year. Initially it started with swelling and redness. It's like spreading.. intially it started spreading to skin above upr lips and now it's spreading below my lower lip skin. Dryness, once lipbalm applied to dry lips and skin around it started coming off (flaky skin), it's itchy too, getting very embarrassing to face someone.
