No hair growth after postpartum. It has been 1 and half years for my delivery. Still severe hair loss almost became bald. no hair growth . even feel very shy to go outside

I have thyroid and PCOD. Due to heavy hair fall scalp has become visible. Minoxidil helps to decrease the hair fall but lost hair never grows again. Whenever I stop using minoxidil hair fall gets worsened. My question is will my lost hair ever grow back?
