Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since a few weeks now I have been having this dry skin and it itches sometimes it's only on one side right side of the ball sack how do I treat this ? I have used anti fungal powder but it's still the same,

Hi, My daughter is 7.5 years old. She has thick hair and over sweating in head. Since 2 weeks she is having dandruff like while combing ( white white) and hair fall has increased. Normally 10 to 15 strands of hair will fall. Now it has increased to nearly 100 strands of hair each day. My area has hard water. I use to oil her hair once in week 1 hour before hair wash. Coconut oil. Kindly suggest some solution and shampoo.

I am suffering from skin allergy the legs are getting rashes which gives me too much itching the hand, palmand face, eyes, lipsget sweeling which gives me severe pain and itching total body is getting infected those raches will take 2 days to disappear I use to take citrizen after taking it reduses the itching but pain remains  these 20 days I'm suffering everyday please suggest me correct prescription which reduces the suffering thank you!!
