PRP or PRF - which one is better?
I am a 31 YO female with chronic asthma. During the covid lockdown phase, I went back to my hometown and have been experiencing severe hairfall ever since. Ironically, I didn't even get Covid. I have been living in London for 1.5 years and the hairfall hasn't stopped. I have been eating clean foods, exercising taking multivitamins, improved my sleeping habits and what not! Eventually, I consulted a hair care clinic and they have suggested PRP or PRF as possible treatments and I am not sure which one I should go ahead with. Can you please suggest which option is better? Thanks.
