Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother is having this skin infection since many months and it causes much pain in her hands and sometimes it bleeds too due to cuts happens on fingers. This infection is not going even though we tried western ointment and ayurvedic too. She has diabetes and she has problem to have medicines, it makes her uncomfortable and feels a lot of stressed.

Is vitamin e good for hair. Can you suggest any vitamin e suppliment which has no side effects. Please advise

I am 18 years, 5'7 and weigh 62 kg. I have been having severe acne for 4 years with black heads and white heads. These are red and mainly on my chin and cheeks near the nose. My skin is oily. My periods are often in 30-40 days. I have new pimples regularly.

All of a sudden it started last night. The red rashes on few parts if my body and it's itchy... I dont now what to do. I never had any such issues or allergy problems.
