Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Recently, many rashes have developed in my whole of back region and my shoulder. Some are like big pimples. They are leaving black spits. It feels itchy also. It's been a week. Is there any remedy for this?

From last 5 to 6 months the public area has excessive itchiness and the skin has become dark and flaky. This has happened after shaving the area and even after application of moisturizer the flakiness has not reduced. Please suggest suitable medicine.

I suddenly get itchy red hives that stays for 15 mins to 1 hr than disappear. This reoccurs many time in a day. I have not tried any new food or life style change. This happened two years ago when i took the treatment (antihistamines, steroids and immunosuppressive medicine) for two months. Its stoped for few months and than it was observed once in a while. Since past three to four days itching increased and happenings quite frequently.

I had severe acne so i was under medication. i was prescribed SOTRET TABLETS 10 mg,which i am taking since September. Right now i have scars for which i am applying DERIVA BPO GEL.  is it safe to continue the tablets for so long?

I have noticed mild white color dots on my body . Have visited dermatology and he told nothing to do with white dots and it's not harmful . Also he suggested to take multivitamin tablet. Any solution for this white dots , my worry is if it's increased what to do further ? Please suggest solution .

Sir/mam my brother  known case of autism spectrum disorder and since last 5 years he has had been developing  intermittently some vesicle ( clear fluid) like lesions over finger tips and soles a/w scaling and itching..currently his symptoms exacerbate between 2 days and we manage it by give cetrizine syrup and moisturising affected area but still not completely vanished. I would also like to inform you that he is not under any medication and our father is also a known case of dry eczema under treatment ..so plzz if anyone can help us that would be great.
