Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Please suggest chemical free hair shampoo for dry and thin hair. Currently using CETRILAK MILD solution for hair wash. But hairs are very dry after using that.

I have eatching problem on back and head and on ear now my ear have swelling after applying KZ lotion kindly advice

Due to pcos I have excess hair on face. Laser is very expensive. I will get waxing/threading done in parlour when corona is over. Right now cannot go out of house. Is there anything I can do at home to remove facial hair? Any cream or method? I also get lot of pimples because of pcos. Any ointment for that?

Having itching issue since 2 to 3 months in whole body under neck part, there is no outgrowth or infection over the skin I also under medication last month that make some effect beacause of which I feel better last month but after its completion it start again,I feel itching more during night. Last time I doctor which I concerned they said it beacause of dry skin & water infection

I was prescribed Levocet M tablets and HHFudic cream for kind of itching on my right leg and this got intense because of too much scratching. After using these medicines it started healing but I got some white spots at the same place. Similar kind of rashes and itching started over my right leg as well and hence I used the same ointment. A few days later I observed aane white spots. I don't have any history of skin allergy or any food allergy. Please advice.

Visible from past 3 days white spots at the back of mine.and on right hand .Please suggest the medication.

White small lumps all over sculp apparently looks like cluster of dandruff. Not itchy, painful only while peeling it off. Blood comes out rarely only if it's deep. When brushing hair lots of white flakes looking like dandruff falls from the hair. After peeling that part of the scalp stays moist and stinky.

Some black patches on waist sides and some in lower stomach skin .. my bathing water TDS is 900. I want to know the cause of these Skin change

Last year I had done hair smoothening. There was no noticeable hair fall. For the last 3-4 months I have been experiencing hair fall and thinning. The volume of hair has really become less. I have dandruff problem. I do wash my hair every alternate day.Please help

Recently I have been having excess hairfall. People have recommended putting onion on hair once a week before shampoo. And also using sulphate free shampoo. Will this work? Is there anything more I can do?
