Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I m 24 year old male with no genetically hair loss problem .I m getting scalp scars around 2 mm at various points in my scalp including front,side ,back of my scalp.the area with scar initially have pain,redness and turns into scar with complete hair loss.even my sister have same issue but my parents don't have any hair loss problem.i have tried various medications with no help.biopsy report and scar image is attached.plz help me..
