Is Neuorbion 1000 mg injection is good for b13.. I'm veggie n doctor told take this injection for 4 weeks with one injection a week.. is it safe to take or any other good injections.,

Two days back, I was having very hot green tea which spilled on the bed and thus burnt my foot when the green tea spilled. I am applying burn heal twice a day. I clean it with cocunut oil then wipe it off with a clean cloth before applying burn heal cream. But i still have a provinent red burnt skin. Can I wash it with soap and water?? Are there any chances of blisters? It aches when i touch it. Attaching a picture for your reference.

I am facing two problems regularly. 1. Frequent jock itch on the groin and testicular area followed by skin peeling 2. Boils on buttocks. Sometimes it leads to pus formation and other times remains as a hrs boil for 2 weeks or so. I have tried using Candid powder for the itch but not much help. As for the boil, I use Betadine or Calendula cream. Results have been varied. I smoke but do not drink at all. Usually wear loose clothing and take good personal care. Is online consult ok for this or should I go for in person consult. If in person then would prefer Bangalore based doctors. Thank you.
