Clogged pores and sensitive skin
I have sensitive skin. I break out on any sort of harsh products.my skin is also acne prone with huge pores . I wash my face with cetaphil cleanser in the morning follow it up with Neutrogena sunscreen with SPF 50. In the evening I wash my face with Himalaya facewash and then after patting my skin dry I use tratinoin cream. Wait for 30 seconds and then use a rosehip serum 4 drops all over my face and then follow it up with ponds super light oil free moisturizer and then Vedic line anti acne face oil.. in the afternoon I have to wash my face again with cetaphil cleanser because if I don't by evening I start breaking out with small pustules that can easily be bursted. Sometimes my skin is clean without any breakout.. but it reacts if any wrong product is being use or before the time of month. I also have oily itchy dandruff. Currently I alternate between scalp plus shampoo and head and shoulder shampoo.. I wash my hair twice a week and I alternate between these shampoo.but it reoccur.

Hello madam... You have grade-2/3 Acne with more of comdones.. as you mentioned about your skin being sensitive that means one should understand that and prescribe creams/ cosmetics / daily routine stuff accordingly... Tretin cream though a good cream for acne it’s better avoided on sensitive skin as it can dry the skin
Next Steps
Consult a qualified dermatologist to understand your skin and treat accordingly and give you a proper maintenance for daily routine
Health Tips
Always don’t mix too many products on your face as can give breakouts... choose products suitable for acne prone skin which are non comedogenic suggested by dermatologist.. simultaneously get your dandruff/ seborrhic dermatitis treated Take care
