Iam having small blisters at the back of my head and in course of time it is turning black what should I do?

Hello doctors, Almost more than 10 years ago I started having dandruff problem, ever since then I tried various dandruff free shampoos, and few treatment for it but it doesn't helped. Recently I had an haircut where I came to know I have some red parts on all over my head. As I search on, I came to understand it is psoriasis on my head. Please let me know what to do and how to cure the same. Will it also spread to other parts of my body? How to prevent it from spreading. In my family no one has this type of problem so just wondering how come I got this. Please advise on this issue. Thank you

My mother had allergy on 6 months before and check with doctor then he prescribe one ointment " Em keto, ketoconazole cream 2%w/w" nowadays my mom affected same allergy. Hello doctor, I have noticed that few Blood blister /  lump / Spots on the scrotum 2-3 Months before. Few of them are bit hard whereas few are very soft. They are not bleeding but I'm quite worried about them because of social embarrassing. Previously when i noticed them there were just two three blister but today more than 20. Is there any way to get rid of this. It's affecting my confidence and trigger my anxiety. What to do ? Anything serious ?
