Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Need help on medicine as the medicine I am currently taking isn't helping. Allergy test result has shown I am allergic to dust , dust mites, chana (besan), yeast and tomatoes. These are routine items and cannot be avoided fully Please recommend what should I do ?

I suffering from skin fungal infection on body and face ,also it often comes and goes . When taking bath it burns .

It seems like a allergic has happened in my leg. Sometimes it is itching and seems like a wound. It is only at one place.

Respected sir/ madam I was facing problem of hairfall from last five years with dandruff , itching and paining. If I put hand in my hair at a time 5 to 10 hairs in my hand The hair end with white bulb and some of are break hairs my hair was thinner and side of head reduce hair. Is it male pattern blade? So I have been prescribed allegra for a month. This is my 20th day of course. I developed periodic rashes and they pop up everyday and then disappear the same day. So I even have lip upper and lower rashes too(once in a week I get this) which although disappear on the same day. When these rashes appear the skin over that area becomes hard and stiff(as if my blood is clotted) It's been two months I'm having these problems and I consulted and took many dermatologists opinions. However my 20th day of allegra did not do much better on my skin. I see progress but still these rashes come and go like before. I Heard from few doctors that urticaria is not curable at all. And this made me more anxious. So I have to suffer my whole life time about this? Are these rashes never gonna leave me? I hope I receive answers and opinions soon. Thankyou in advance.

On my lower leg became white patches, i have been follow dr treatment in which dr give melonocyte tablet and deflazocort tablet and mometasone cream from last 4 months some patches get red and others have no effect but i think due to cream skin get whitish around the patches where apply cream. and after complete treatment when will i stop melonocyte tablet new patches developing is start?

My son is 5 months old n he has got dry burnt kind of patches on his shoulder. N it's spreading on the other shoulder n even on his forehead pls help
