Want to ask regarding drug interactions.

I just wanna ask, since I am unable to reach my doctor. So i ate sebafin at 11:15 am and today is the day when i have to eat fluconzole 150, so is it okay if i ate fluconzole 150 at afternoon after taking food.. I mean how much time i should keep between two medicines. Please help.
