Is it ok to apply soframycin ointment for pimple mark. As mark is retained. If not which can be used.

Their is childhood accident mark on my face . ho w can i heal it and its very small . can you help me ?

I have an acne prone skin, and pimples break out on my face every now and then, more prominently before the onset of menses, which leaves scars/spots behind that take 2-3 months to completely disappear. My Tzone area over face is oily.
