Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a fungal infection on groin suspect as tinea versicolor.After treating topically and orally. Recurrence is occurring in the form of small  spots. There is no itching,but small red spots appear which disappear on OTC topical treatment but recur later on.So now I am not intended to use topical treatment, but use other easy , effective treatment.any help regarding this. I started using neem oil and bath with antifungal soap.Is it sufficient to avoid recurrence? Kindly help me with this.

Will the facial hair (underneath the chin) persist once the PCOS gets subside? I have mild PCOS which could be subsided by diet and weight mangement And not taking OCPs

Good evening.. Doctor. I had severe itching all over my body and my skin became dry and flakes and Dermatologist said it was ERYTHRODERMA. And I was cured by the doctor...But my concern is my under arms and neck has become dark like a patch and it's not going since 3 months.This happened only when I got ERYTHRODERMA.
