I had a pimple and I tried pinching it..now it has turned into a spot.. Tried home remedies and homeopathic medications.. Bt nthing worked as such completely... I stopped taking the medication and using home remedies only... Now bigger spot with redness and itching persists

Minoxidil 5 percent solution is good for to stop hairfall and it can also regrow hairs or not?? Doctors please suggest me

I have a fungal infection on groin suspect as tinea versicolor.After treating topically and orally. Recurrence is occurring in the form of small  spots. There is no itching,but small red spots appear which disappear on OTC topical treatment but recur later on.So now I am not intended to use topical treatment, but use other easy , effective treatment.any help regarding this. I started using neem oil and bath with antifungal soap.Is it sufficient to avoid recurrence? Kindly help me with this.
