Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm having extremely bad scalp psoriasis. It's extremely flaky and I'm losing hair like anything. Hair remains dry as well. What should I do? I feel like I'll get bald in days.

Last month I was suffering from Throat infection which was not recovering. So I consulted multiple doctors and had multiple antibiotics in 50 days: TaximO - Calithromycin - Montek FX - Ampirok 375 Betnesol Throat got recovered but after 20 days, skin started getting small red spots. So I had my blood,hpv,hiv tested which came Non reactive and normal. But the spots causing itching and into rashes. What is it? What must be the cause? Facing severe hairfall as I had been diagnosed with PCOS. However my recent ultrasound report says that the tiny poly cysts aren't visible. Only dominant follicle is visible. So is there any way to stop hairfall and regrow the lost ones?? Note: Asked for 29YO female.

I have been suggested that lipoma cannot be cured with only medication and my lipoma is right on the middle of the forehead, doc said getting a surgery on it will be pretty risky..please suggest any alternative options.
