I have acne like this from few years on my chest ,back and shoulders...Also Last year had a fungal infection on my back..Treated it and no itching now but it left a black spot on back (pic attached).I want to get rid of all this...is this problem serious ?Please suggest me can allopathy treat this as one doctor said it will stay permanently...Or I should go for homeopathy or ayurveda ?
