Lower chin acne
I had acne all over my face.. I stopped eating dairy and oily food.. Now acne is reduced on my cheeks and fore heads... Now am getting acne only in lower chin and whiteheads on my nose. Please suggest how to get rid of too.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Good morning. Acne is a common concern. But distribution of acne in a certain areas can be suggestive of hormonal imbalances. Whiteheads or blackheads medically referred to as comedones are a result of blocking of pores by sebum.
