I have been having serious dark circles and also wrinkle under the eyes..puffiness is very less...moreover just 2 days of less sleep leads to super eye pain and irritation

I get dandruff everyday even just after washing my hairs, its all over my scalp and even on very edges. I've tried different oils and also avoided oils completely for different times but problem is  still there. Hairs on frontal area near forehead very thin, unmanageable and dull in colour. Acne problem in T-zone.

I am thinking of having botox injection for treating my hyperhydrosis ( sweat on palms and feet ) . My question is they say it lasts for about 3-6 months...in my case ... I have VERY MILD Hyperhydrosis.....so does that mean it will last for longer time ? As compared to if i had severe hyperhydrosis . In ur experience for MILD Hyperhydrosis for how long a botox treatment will last for ??

I have urticaria since last 2 years. I have been under several medications since the beginning. And currently I take cetirizine 10 mg every alternate day. Can you suggest me any lifestyle changes and habits or any other helpful tips to cure this condition.
