Red itching spots on right leg
I am having itching in my right leg (below knee ) . It appears like tiny red spots in many places and I feel to itch it especially in evening hours . From 10 days. When I apply some cream it relieves little. Just want to know if it's only due to heat or may be some other issue.
Also I wear socks daily from 9 am to 8 pm.
