Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a problem of dandruff scalp itching and hairfall from last 4 years. I have treid many shampoos but they did not worked well.

I have lot of darkspot in cheeks sir give some oilment for darkspot without any side effects...and sunscreen for oily skin

I have severe itching problems from past 5 years. I get rashes in random areas of my body and it's itchy. My eyes, ears turns red and feels itchy and burning. If I take an anti allergen, it stops for a day and starts again. The itching is mostly on my toes and fingers. Then neck, ears and scalp. I have consulted with a dermatologist earlier and diagnosed with urticaria but medicines didn't help. The issue is ongoing from past 5 years.

I consulted a dermatologist for my acne and acne marks issues a week ago. The doctor prescribed Epiduo to be used every alternate day . While applying the product I have burning sensation. Should I use moisturiser after using this product the reduce the burning sensation?

I have oily scalp due to which my hair in scalp is very less. Also I have pimples on chin and jaw area.

She is having 2-3 pustules(pus bubble )above belly since 2 days. This is first time such things happens to her. We are currently at hometown in village and temperature is around 38-40 degrees here. Kindly suggest medication on this

I have doubt regarding the "salt water" turns the skin black? Most of the underground water contains salt 1) is there any relation between salt water and skin in terms of pigment and Grey hair? 2) I read in somewhere salt water is not good for skin,it turns skin black?? Is that true Please give me your valuable answers
