Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having severe hairfall . Now the situation is that even my scalp is visible. I have oily scalp and also i am diet conscious. I eat healthy food and lot of fruits. Also i was living in delhi and have moved in to noida. Water quality is also degraded. I used bisleri water to wash hair so was a lil better bt now due to lockdown m unable to get bisleri water so again m having a lot of hairfall. Pl suggest n help.

I have many pimple and acne on my face from 2-3 years. I never use any skin products. Sometimes I see my 10-15 hairs are white at 15. I never use any other product than clinic plus shampoo and almond oil. How to treat these naturally ?

I have been facing skin  rashes with swelling since 6 months, using Okacet-L, Cetwat tabltes then its fine. But getting it again after few days. Rashes on back, hands and legs, swlling on lips sometimes. I am having  little pain on abdominal and lowerback these days. Getting fungel infection on private part recently. Feeilng little burning while urination.

I have a very very light white patch on my cheeks, I consulted doctors on practo and all of them suggested to apply luliconalzole. I am applying it since 2 weeks but still it looks the same and that part of skin still doesn't look like my actual skin color. How long will it take to show result and any other alternative to luliconalzole? Will my skin color never come back to normal?

Both my feet are extremely dry. Dry skin is severely scaly and chips all the time. Had this problem for about a couple of years.
