Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Earlier I had very low and sparse beard that too only on the chip. I used Minoxidil for 7 months, now I have beard on my cheeks also. However, still it is not very dense and it grows only upto a certain limit like 1 cm. I am still not happy. Is there anything which I can do.

Which biotin supplement is best for hair growth, nail and skin health... Please suggest as my hair fall is not stopping.
