Hi,I have recently undergone hair transplant of 4000 grafts and two years ago,hair transplant of 2500 grafts but the real problem is with my hair thinning,I am taking nice diet and never drinks alcohol as well,I have been looking for a solution to the problem of hair thinning.

I have a very bad back acne and also some small tiny pimples in the neck and chest area which when i get hot a bit start to sting very badly and its very painful, the backne doesn't sting but it spreads to my upper arm as well, what should I do to fix both of these issues

I am on breastfeeding. Acnes are always there on my face and Whiteheads on nose. Moreover on left cheek there is big dark patch uneven tone with few blackheads on it and big puss filled acnes also. I am fed up now. Whenever i take any treatment acnes are fine and after stopping they reappear. Also there is no glow on my face dull skin. I Don't always want to take medicine. Please help me out

My skin was clear from last 3years I do get 1 or 2pimple and that to on normal basis which get disappeared after some time bt from last 2week I am suffering from zits n pimples.
