Please suggest acne spot removal cream.. 6 7 black spot developed on my cheeks so please kindly suggest a cream

From past three days I am facing the problem of red spots or rashes on my legs feet and hand and it increases day by day I applied nycil talc but it didn't do anything the problem is as it is. I also stopped using any soap or lotion in the affected part but I don't know what it is?  is it due to humid weather or some kind of allergy.

Please suggest a sunscreen for dry acne prone skin. I sweat a lot as well. So I am looking for a sweatproof sunscreen suggestion. I have been using episoft AC, but it makes my skin extremely greasy.

Hi Doctor, My mother has been recently facing some skin allergy or rash like situation on her body mainly in the neck region. Not sure what treatment i should follow to prevent it. It looks like it could be due to harsh weather in Delhi and excess sweat in that region. Could you please help prescribe some medication for this, attaching the images for reference. A dermatologist prescribed me Nadibact plus cream for ear eczema. Is the cream is immune suppressed? I have taken rabies injection during the used the cream. I am worried that rabies vaccine ineffective for using the cream.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have allergy since childhood, it is hereditary since my mom also has it. I have been taking Teczine 5 mg for my allergy however from the last couple of days my allergy is getting more and more. My IGE is also very high around 1300 or more. Currently my symptoms are- I am getting burning sensation in my eyes, my skin when it comes in contact with something it turns red and not much itching though just these 2 symptoms I have. Kindly please advise whether Teczine 5 mg is okay which I feel is not working I might need some more stronger medicine than that for my allergy. Please let me know about what good medicines I should take which will reduce these 2 symptoms which I have mentioned above. Kind Regards, Manas.

Since last 3 years, I used to have Hair-loss and dandruff in my hair but from last 3 weeks I am also suffering from itchy problem which is occurring in my hair and due to itchiness in my head my hair-loss and dandruff problem has also increased.
