Skin problem
Mostly during summer time and also when i feel hot from inside I noticed that my forehead area and some of the face area get wart type things all over and also in my left hand I am noticing this type of thing since 2-3 years.
Can you help me what can be the cause for it by looking the pictures which I attached below.

It's viral wart.u should get it removed. Till then take zincup 50mg sir that it doesn't increase further
