Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've had a sonography done almost 10 years back which showed multiple small cysts on the ovaries. Following that, the gynaec started me on hormonal therapy (contraceptives) to treat the pcod. I continued taking the hormones for a month or more and I discontinued them without taking a follow-up. My periods have always been irregular since they've started, sometimes skipping a month or two and sometimes on the heavier side for 10-12 days. Sometimes they are normal. Acne has always been a problem for me. 2 years back, I had a flare-up and the dermatologist had prescribed Doxy 100mg BD for a week and then once it subsided, 100mg once a day and then stopped them. For the scars she recommended laser therapy which I didn't go through with at the time. Now, I'm having mild flare-ups again. I've started Doxy 100mg again but it doesn't seem to be working. Should I go to a gynaec and start daily hormonal pills again? If it's going to clear my skin then I am willing to do anything. Please advise!

Hello Doc , I keep getting acne all over my face and also there is redness which increases a little when i go out in the sun. My dermatologist has suggested clear gel and Nilac A gel for this. Will this make any difference? It always keeps coming back. Please note : I am an obese person Can you suggest anything?? This looks very bad on me and this spoils my look. Images attached. My doctor prescribed shampoo with salicia kt on alternate days But in the discription it is use weekly twice is there So what can I do alternate days head wash or weekly twice????

It came last five days . First the bumps are in skin colour, before it coming itch started after that no itching, later bumps change into pink colour, while it press shows pain , otherwise no pain , before appearing I feel light burning sensation, out of group of bumps one or two filled with pus that to very small, what was it Kp or folliculitis or heat or chafing or shingles or etc
