Early marginal oesteophytes at l4 and l5 level has been diagnosed. Is it a problematic case? How to resolve it?

Hi, I am having hairfall more than usual. Is there any good oil that I can use? I had used mamaearth onion oil for almost 6months but there is no improvement. My eating timings: 1. Breakfast - 9/9:30am - idli/dosa chutney sambar/upma banana/ puttu/ appam/chapati/ada 2. Lunch - 2:30pm - rice with vegetable curries, fish fry/chicken/beef if available else just veg, curd curry 3. Evening - 5pm - tea with biscuit 4. Dinner - 8:30/9pm - rice/chapati, with veg curries, fish fry/chickn/beef if available..else just veg curries, curd curry Could someone suggest me a good hair oil? Would really help me a lot

I have dark lips problem i dont smoke still my upper lip is very dark and the main problem is the corners of lips they are extremely dark like even after applying lipstick the corners are clearly visible and it looks bad please suggest something.

I had itching problem around my anus, at that period one night while I was sleeping I one unconsciously scratched my anus. I went to a doctor, he gave me deworming tablet and clotrimazole powder after which my itching issue resolved . He also said that there are excoriation around my anus due to sscratch by finger nail. And now it's been 2 month and I am still having burning sensation after motion everyday . Tried coconut oil and many things but not helping pls tell me some cream for this My life has turned hell due to this The doctor also said that I don't have fissure or piles after examining. Pls help me Tell me some cream
