I'm prescribed glotret tablet very low dose for a month to treat acne. Does it cause weight gain? I already have pcos obesity constipation

I am 24 yrs old and I wanted use Skin Elixir and I heard that when started use from right time(age) that these really help in anti aging or delay Aging? is this true?

I had typhoid in april and after 2 month my hairfall started ...it doesn't stop ..i consult doctor they give me biotin tablet for 1 month and trilast solution for 2 month but doesn't work me it already 4 months my hairfall started .. but little bit hairfall become less compare to first but it didn't stopped at all ..what can i do plz suggest my hair become thin day by day..

My dermatologist adviced me to apply ketoconazole lotion overnight and then wash it off the next day with an intense anti dandruff shampoo. I was also adviced to apply a mixture of tea tree oil,coconut oil and neem oil 2hrs before shampooing. I am advised to do this twice weekly. So, my queries are-  Will the oiling have any effect if its applied on top of the lotion the next day and if not then when should I apply the oil? What is the composition in which I should mix the three oil?and Am I allowed to wash my hair with water during the days when I don't shampoo my hair?

My relative from few weeks have got a kind of blackish itchy spots on skin and some pus also comes in it. Have attached the pictures which are there in both the legs. What should be done and is it anything to be worried about.

Dear Dr.-I had taken your consultation for the rashes on Oct-12 and you had prescribed me with Phytoral Dusting Powder, Lullucan cream, Forecan 150 tablet. Prescription Id:3170397.
