Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm 23 y old. I'm having dandruff on my hair and in my beard too. What should I use to get rid of them? And my beard is getting reddish orange colour. Is it because of this? What should I use to get rid of this dandruff problem from beard and hair?

I often gets itchy acne which leaves darkspot after it gets dried. What are the effective way to remove dark Acne spot naturally? Also just in few days.

I consult a dermatologist and he prescribed me some medicine like Androfol M,Calcimax , Racine Pro Serum and 8x ZPTO shampoo. I confused that how to use Racine pro hair serum and how much time i have to used it and also can i use other shampoo along with 8x ZPTO ?

We can use menthyl paraben and prophyl paraben on face ? Because most of the mouistuzer have these ingredients.
