Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, its been a week i have this toe nail discoloration whic is blackish and its there for only one toe alone. Kindly check the picture and advise please.

Please suggest if it's healing properly..I have attached before and after pics with 12 days difference...taking clevum and painkiller with alternate days dressing.does anything need to be changed?..I feel recovery is slow compared to 12 days have been passed.please suggest

My age is 23 years. And a week before i noticed a mole/spot on heel of foot. Is it something serious?? Do i need a biopsy or any other test. I am attaching the picture for reference. Plz help i am quite worried due to this.

My hair is not growing properly it has been stopped is there any medication to grow hair properly and you suggest any treatment for that.

I got Fever last year in sep ..I don't know what was that ..after that in December I experienced huge hairfall in which I lost all my hairs .. I never experienced any hairloss before that in my life .. But the problem is even after one year my hairloss is not reducing . I am using pure castor n coconut oil from many months. My hairs length increases very fast after using this oil but hairfall is not reducing..I increase my hair length n volume but I loose all hairs after this .. continue hairfall is happening..what should I do
