I washed my hair 2 days back with Sunsilk shampoo. And now I have an itchy scalp. I feel like to scratch my hair and when I do a lot of white dandruff dust off from my head. I feel embarrassed by it. My black sweater is covered with dandruff. If I stroke my hand gently on my hair for 3-4 mins then this is what happens. Please tell me what to do?

Hello! Doctor their is Itchingness all over my body including scalp as well, no matter what is the weather outside.
