Sun Burns on Forehead and around the eyes, has blackness forehead, below and around the eyes and little on cheeks

My nose always filled with puss acne as I eat junk food or oily food. Am so fed up . I can't eat anything. Please help me with ointment as I don't want to take isotretinoin or any tablets .

I am 18 and for few months i have experiencing hair loss its about 30-40 hairs a day after bath when i comb my hair there is lot of hair also everytime my scalp smells bad if i don't shampoo and itchy my parents doesn't have any hair fall issue when i cut my hair short i experience less hair fall plz give me a solution i am afraid if i go bald i am only 18 Height- 5.8 weight 43kg age - 18

Cycling or walking for 7 mins then body starts getting warm and very very itchy even sometimes while cleaning car on sun body starts to itch and feel warm never had this sensation before. What is this I also have dandruff head also itches I have a small bump kind of in my back just 2 to 3 bumps only I don't know why if I stay in sun even if for 4 mins body starts itching

My 4yrs daughter was suffering little fungal infection on elbow and face last 2 months we used allegra and atarax syrup also use fungal cream as per her Dr but still it's not clear fully . Some time she feelings itching on body plz suggest treatment.
