Suddenly I feel burning sensation and after removal a lots of red 🔴colour pimples chala type now its itching and pricking... To me alott.. On both underarms

I've been prescribed Avarta eye cream by a doctor, i have genetic dark circles and wrinkles since childhood. I just wanted to know if Avarta cream will work for me or not? Is it a good cream or should I talk to other dermatologist. My eyes also get dry in drier weathers like too cold and too hot which causes my eyes to water up.

She is getting pimples on face  with liquid  since 7 months pain pimple dries in 7 days and new pimple starts the process continues.
